As a small team we treat your business as if it were our own and we have no interest in selling you something that isn't going to work for where you're at and where you want to go next.

For that reason, we take prospective clients through the following process to ensure we are the right fit for one another:

Step 1. Schedule an Appointment

Please use the button below to find a suitable time to speak with Lauren Kress. If you cannot find a time that suits, please send an email to Courtney@thechangemakers.org.au and ask to schedule an initial appointment with Lauren.

Step 2. Complete your Application

It's extremely important to us that we maximise the utility of our time together which is why we ask that you complete the application form we email you prior to your appointment with Lauren.

Step 3. Our Appointment Together

Lauren will review your application prior to your appointment time and speak with you about the information you have provided to ensure she has a clear understanding of your current needs and challenges. Lauren will provide an overview of the work we do to address these issues and be available to answer any questions you have about our process, packages and pricing.

Step 4. Our Initial Proposal

After your appointment Lauren and her team will prepare an initial proposal for your consideration which you will be taken through during a follow-up appointment. We require that all your key decision makers attend this follow-up meeting so that we can answer all stakeholder questions to finalise our proposal and agreement for sign-off.
